A football skills camp for grades 7-11 covering DB, WR, LB, and RB. Learn to compete and dominate on both sides of the ball, and see how learning offense and defense make each other better. Building from proper sprint mechanics, backpedal, cuts, leverage and technique all the way to live 1-on-1 and 7-on-7 reps.

Understanding how routes are run makes them easier to cover. Understanding how backs attack makes you a better linebacker. C2 gives every athlete both perspectives, and the reasoning behind every rep.

Why Learn Both Sides?

A DB who understands WR route technique doesn't get caught by double moves. A linebacker who's carried the ball knows exactly where a back is trying to go. This is how you build real football IQ, not just athleticism.

Every athlete at C2 will compete on both sides of the ball in structured 7-on-7 reps. The reasoning behind every drill is part of the coaching.

What a Session Looks Like

0-10 min
Introductions & Walkthrough
Meet coaches, review session plan, set expectations. Athletes came to move, we keep this tight.
10-15 min
Dynamic Warm-Up & Footwork Priming
High knees, lateral shuffles, hip circles, A-skips, acceleration strides. Every drill explained.
15-25 min
Baseline 40-Yard Dash (Session 1)
Recorded times on day one and tracked through the program. Before/after data for every athlete.
25-65 min
Position Group Work
DB/WR with Ferris. LB/RB with AJ. Athletes rotate to get both offensive and defensive reps.
65 min+
Warm-Down & Coaching Circle
Static stretching, one coaching point per coach, and a preview of the next session.
